Athlete/Parent Participation Agreement

I affirm that I am either:

• A current athlete eligible to promote my Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL),
• A parent/guardian granting permission for my child to participate in NIL-related activities on the OSFam platform, or
• A vendor or supporter participating in this platform to support athlete visibility.

NIL Platform Use Terms

• I understand that OSFam is a technology platform — not an agency — and does not offer or guarantee NIL deals.
• I am solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all NCAA, state, and school policies.
• I accept full responsibility for my own legal, tax, and business matters related to NIL.
• I will not upload unlicensed logos, designs, or media to the platform.
• I certify that any compensation I receive through NIL is legal, accurate, and not based on enrollment or athletic performance.

Optional: Podcast Participation

If I am invited or request to participate as a guest on the Beyond the Game podcast:

• I give OSFam permission to record and share my interview (audio/video).
• I allow the use of my name, image, and voice for promotional and platform-related purposes.
• I understand there is no payment or royalties provided, and OSFam retains all rights to the final recording.
